Job Description:
We are seeking a Level-1 Field IT Technician to provide onsite support and maintenance services to our clients. The successful candidate will handle a range of tasks including installation, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and software, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure efficient operation of the company’s desktop computing environment.
• Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation networking software products. Requirements:
• Field service experience in IT support and maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems and hardware.
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues in Thai and English.
• Valid driver’s license, own car and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Physical ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.

Qualifications:
1. Very good ENGLISH is a requirement. Written and spoken.
2. Ability to analyze and solve issues with logical thinking. Willing to not give up until a problem is solved.
3. Very good communication skills.
4. Friendly and clean appearance.
5. Willing to educate yourself after working hours. Technology changes every day. Keep yourself up to date
6. Willing for long term commitment.
7. Driver license and proper driving experience.
8. Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and troubleshooting
9. Good networking knowledge (IP Addresses, Switches, Router Setup, Troubleshooting)
10. Good overall IT support skills
