Thailand Planner is operated by Siam Planner Co., Ltd., a fully registered Thai company under the Department of Business Development (DBD), Ministry of Commerce, Thailand.

We are legally authorized to plan, manage, and produce weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and large-scale functions across Thailand. All services are delivered under one accountable company structure, ensuring compliance with Thai commercial law, venue regulations, local authority permissions, and on-ground operational standards.

Our scope of work includes full wedding planning and production, destination weddings, multicultural and religious ceremonies, private and VIP events, corporate and MICE events, venue sourcing, event design, décor and staging, lighting and sound, entertainment, guest logistics, transportation, permits, and on-site showcalling.

We do not operate as a marketplace or reseller. We do not provide partial “runner” services. Each project is planned and executed end-to-end by our team to protect quality, accountability, and guest experience.

Thailand Planner works with international and domestic clients and accepts projects across Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Samui, Krabi, Hua Hin, Pattaya, and nationwide, with a minimum recommended lead time of 5 months for full planning.

All contracts, invoices, and operations are issued directly under
Siam Planner Co., Ltd., providing transparency, legal clarity, and professional accountability for clients planning events in Thailand.
